One thing people who age well have in common is this. After 33 years of practice, I've seen thousands of patients in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, and the ones who age well keep their muscles strong. That's it. It's not genetics, it's not luck, it's just muscle.

The people who stay strong, they stay mobile. They don't fall, and they don't end up in a nursing home.

But most people don't realize they're losing muscle size until it's already gone, because it happens gradually. You just start avoiding things that feel harder than they used to.

Muscle loss is a root cause of almost every problem that comes with aging. The metabolism slowed down, the joint pain, the falls, the lost independence, and yet it's completely preventable.

You can rebuild muscle at any age with just the right stimulus.
