He is Trauma Team Certified through the Academy of Chiropractic at Cleveland University-Kansas City, a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner, and speaks nationally on injury care, functional wellness, and longevity. He speaks fluent Spanish.
Dr. Javier Sosa, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 38 years of experience dedicated to whole-body wellness.
A graduate of Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in 1987, Dr. Sosa completed his residency at St. Mary's Hospital, where he laid the foundation for his career in patient-centered care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has served the Fort Myers community with compassion and clinical excellence for decades.
Today, as part of the team at Novaré, Dr. Sosa integrates the best of traditional medicine with regenerative and functional approaches to help patients regain vitality, reduce pain, and achieve long-term health goals. His philosophy centers on restoring energy, improving function, and preventing disease through personalized, science-backed care.
Dr. Sosa lives in Fort Myers with his wife Christina and remains deeply committed to empowering his patients to live stronger, healthier, and more balanced lives.
