Take the Pressure Off.
Pinched Nerve Treatment in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres.
A pinched nerve (radiculopathy) in the neck or low back sends pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness down an arm or a leg. Novaré Injury Care and Rehab provides non-surgical pinched nerve treatment in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres: digital x-ray on the first visit, MRI when the findings call for it, non-surgical spinal decompression, Cox flexion-distraction, Class IV laser therapy, and manual therapy, all under one roof with board-certified medical oversight.

Cervical or Lumbar? Where the Nerve Is Pinched Decides the Plan.
A pinched nerve is a nerve root being compressed or irritated where it leaves the spine, most often by a herniated or bulging disc, a narrowed opening (foraminal stenosis), or swelling after an injury. In the neck it is called cervical radiculopathy: pain, tingling, or weakness that runs into the shoulder, arm, or hand, often after a car accident or whiplash. In the low back it is lumbar radiculopathy, the pattern most people know as sciatica.
At Novaré, pinched nerve treatment starts with finding the exact level, then taking the pressure off it without surgery:
- Physical and neurological exam of reflexes, strength, and sensation
- Digital x-rays on the first visit; MRI when a disc or stenosis is suspected
- Non-surgical spinal decompression (DRX9000, AccuSPINA) for disc-related nerve compression
- Cox flexion-distraction to open the space around the nerve root
- Class IV laser therapy and manual therapy to calm inflamed tissue
- Home guidance on positions, sleep, and movement that stop re-aggravating the nerve
- Neurosurgery referral network when conservative care is not enough
Diagnose First. Then Decompress the Nerve.
Guessing at a pinched nerve leads to treating the wrong level. Dr. Bracic reads every x-ray and MRI himself, then builds the plan around the confirmed nerve root.
Find the Level
Arm symptoms usually trace to C5, C6, or C7. Leg symptoms usually trace to L4, L5, or S1. Exam findings plus imaging tell us which nerve root is involved before any treatment begins.
Take the Pressure Off
Disc-related compression is treated with non-surgical spinal decompression and Cox flexion-distraction. Joint and soft-tissue irritation is treated with adjustments, manual therapy, and Class IV laser.
