When it comes to GLP-1s, when it comes to weight loss programs, it's really important that individuals begin to realize it, because the research is showing that 50% of your weight loss comes from fat and 50% of that weight loss comes from muscle loss. And with that comes serious dangers, especially if you're over 50 or 60.

When you begin to lose that muscle, or experience muscle loss, you will reduce your stability, your inability to recover from a bad fall.

The muscular system is so important in establishing strength, stability, and longevity.

There is no question that if you begin to go down the GLP-1 pathway, you are going to experience serious muscle loss, and that needs to be addressed by utilizing diet, exercise, and electrotherapeutic modalities to help strengthen and rebuild that.
