When I squat, I don't use any weight. I've had three knee surgeries, and I have very little cartilage left, but guess what? I've got this much and this much pain because I do this at least a couple times a week.

I try to do 100 without stopping, and I position my pelvis in what feels the most natural to me.

Doing squats with heavy weights will slowly destroy your knees and will slowly destroy your hips, and your back's not gonna enjoy it either.

I'm gonna put up an X-ray, actually an MRI, that's gonna show you what that MRI looks like that I had done just a few weeks ago. And what I decided was I got on my decompression machines at the clinic, and I started doing squats again, harder, and my pain started to go away.

I'm giving you this advice because, guys, gals, it fricking works.
