Many times patients come in after having back surgery, and they're not happy with the results, or the level above or below has gotten worse. They need to realize that we need to take a proactive approach, and there are ways that we can help minimize their pain and restore their function, but it's going to take a little bit of work.

Luckily, we have all the tools at our clinics to help patients regain strength, regain mobility, and take pressure off the nerves. Great strides have been made with electromagnetic therapies, both for strengthening the pelvic floor and strengthening the muscles of the back, the abdomen, the shoulders, the legs, the quads.

We have seen tremendous improvement with our patients after the age of 80 that have had back surgery. And those patients, once they get a taste of what it feels like to regain their vitality, they stay on the program, and they get better and better and better.

Aging doesn't have to be a problem, and nor should a spinal surgery just stop you from living your life. It's time to grab the bull by the horns and regain your vitality.
